Technology transfer

Our mission is to assist the promotion, development and practical application of the development/projects of Kazakhstani authors of technologies into industry. The protection and licensing of technology is part of this mission, helping to translate research results into new products for society and to integrate them into the economic development of our community.

Our company contributes to the process of transfer of technology at all stages:

Research
Registration and accounting of the created technologies on the received applications.
Disclosure of Invention
Consideration of patentability and commercial potential of the disclosed results of intellectual activity (RIA).
Protection of invention
Preparation (together with the author) of the application documents for obtaining legal protection of the RIA, created by the authors in Kazakhstan and abroad.
Patent for invention
Conducting office work on these applications, obtaining security documents, maintaining patents in force.
Technology Marketing 
Promotion and introduction of authors’ technologies in industrial companies, business communities, state organizations, departments, etc.
Use
Advising authors of ideas and technologies in the management of intellectual property, transfer and commercialization of technology.
Payment of royalties
Audit of remuneration payments to RIA’s authors on the results of commercialization.
